PRIVACY FOR IOS
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 23, 2026
MeasureMark is designed to keep your photos and project data on your device. This policy explains what the app handles and when information can leave the device.
1. Information we collect
MeasureMark does not collect personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, or project content. The app does not transmit this data to a developer-operated server.
2. Information stored on your device
Photos you import or capture, annotations, project titles, categories, thumbnails, and app settings are stored locally in the app's container on your device. They are used only to provide the app's project and editing features.
3. Photos and camera permissions
Photo Library access is used when you choose a photo and when you explicitly save an exported image to Photos. Camera access is used only when you choose to capture a new photo. MeasureMark does not upload those photos.
4. Exporting and sharing
MeasureMark creates JPG, PNG, and PDF files on your device. Information leaves the app only when you choose a destination through the iOS share sheet, save an image to Photos, or otherwise export a file. A third-party app or cloud service you select may process that file under its own privacy policy.
5. Third-party services
MeasureMark does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. The app does not create an account and does not use a developer-operated cloud service.
6. Retention and deletion
You can delete individual projects from the app. Uninstalling MeasureMark removes the app's locally stored projects and settings, subject to normal device backup behavior. Files or images you previously exported remain wherever you chose to save them.
7. Children's privacy
MeasureMark does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
8. Changes to this policy
If MeasureMark's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before the applicable release.
